Women's Health Comprehensive Test
Urine, Vaginal Sample
NGS DNA + qPCR Diagnostics for accurate microbial identification
17 antibiotic resistance genes & list of antimicrobials for consideration
3-5 Business days (excludes transit)
Provides a broad analysis of pathogens affecting women's health, utilizing samples like urine and vaginal swabs.
Urinary Tract Infections (UTIs) including Chronic Cystitis, recurrent or complicated, other uropathogen associated infections
Pelvic inflammatory disease, Bacterial vaginosis, Vulvovaginal Candidiasis, Infertility
The WomensKEY test provides comprehensive molecular diagnostics for bacterial and fungal growth and infections affecting the female reproductive and urinary tract, including pelvic inflammatory disease (PID), bacterial vaginosis (BV), vulvovaginal candidiasis (VVC), aerobic vaginitis (AV), and urinary tract infections (UTIs). These infections can lead to chronic symptoms, recurrent disease, and complications impacting quality of life and reproductive health, including infertility, pregnancy complications, and chronic pelvic pain.
Rapid sequencing using NGS technology, powered by advanced bioinformatics, enables broad microbial identification, detecting over 50,000 bacterial and fungal targets in a single sample. qPCR enables rapid detection of bacterial load and targeted pathogen identification, improving diagnostic sensitivity. The test also screens for 17 antibiotic resistance genes, supporting optimized antimicrobial therapy selection.
Validated for vaginal swabs and urine samples, the test includes a pre-configured sample collection kit and delivers results within 3–5 days, equipping gynecologists with precise, clinically relevant data to improve diagnosis, treatment planning, and reproductive health outcomes. Separate reports for Urine and Vaginal samples.
Each test includes a detailed laboratory report, providing clinicians with clear, structured data for fast decision-making. These reports include:
• List of bacteria and fungi detected in the sample(s)
• Identified antibiotic resistance genes
• Antimicrobials to consideration for treatment
